Q4: Do I need prior trekking experience?
Not at all. Treks like Kedarkantha and Brahmatal are beginner-friendly. However, Kauri Pass requires moderate fitness. Our team guides you through preparation.
Q5: What kind of fitness is required for treks?
Basic stamina (walking/jogging 3–4 km a day) is sufficient for beginner treks. For longer treks, regular cardio and light strength training are recommended.
Q6: What equipment should I carry?
We’ll provide a packing checklist after booking. Essentials include trekking shoes, warm clothing, personal medicines, and a sturdy backpack. Sleeping bags, tents, and technical gear are provided by us.
Q7: Is the Char Dham/2 Dham/1 Dham Yatra suitable for senior citizens?
Yes. We take special care of elderly travelers with comfortable travel, easy accommodations, and medical support if required.

The Yatra usually starts in April/May and continues till October/November, avoiding peak monsoon months (July–August).
