Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in our trekking expeditions, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Eligibility & Fitness
Participants must be physically and mentally fit for trekking in mountainous terrain.
A valid fitness certificate may be required for certain high-altitude treks.
The company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
2. Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified during registration.
The balance amount must be paid before the trek begins.
All payments are non-transferable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
30+ days before departure: 70% refund
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
0–14 days before departure: No refund
Cancellation by Organizer: In case of unavoidable reasons (weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), participants will be offered an alternate trek or a partial refund after deducting expenses.
4. Risks & Liabilities
Trekking in the mountains involves risks such as altitude sickness, landslides, avalanches, wildlife encounters, accidents, or unpredictable weather.
The company and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, or death arising from such risks.
Participants must sign a waiver of liability before joining the trek.
5. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own travel to the starting point of the trek unless otherwise arranged.
Travel, health, and adventure insurance are strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain treks.
6. Code of Conduct
Respect nature, local culture, and fellow trekkers.
Carry your waste back or dispose of it responsibly.
Follow the trek leader’s instructions at all times. Non-compliance may result in removal from the trek without refund.
7. Equipment & Gear
Participants are expected to carry essential trekking gear as per the checklist provided.
Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant.
The company may provide rental equipment (subject to availability).
8. Medical & Emergency
Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
In case of emergency evacuation, costs (helicopter, transport, medical) must be borne by the participant.
9. Changes to Itinerary
The trekking itinerary may be modified due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
The trek leader’s decision is final in such matters.
10. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the company is registered.
