Tour Payment Terms
Initial amount of 25% of the Invoice amount, the Client must pay the balance amount 3 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.
Tour Cancellations Policy
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client, as company had already paid your amount in advance in order to Guarantee your services.

The tour starts and ends at Haridwar. Pickup and drop are provided from Haridwar/Rishikesh.
2. What is the total duration of the tour?
The tour lasts 7 days and 6 nights.
3. What is the best time to visit Badrinath and Kedarnath?
May to June for snow and greenery. September to October for clear skies and pleasant weather.
4. What is the difficulty level of this pilgrimage?
The tour is moderate, involving trekking from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (16 km one-way). Ponies and palanquins are available for convenience.
5. What is included in the tour package?
Accommodation on double/triple sharing basis. MAP meals (breakfast & dinner). Private vehicle for transfers and sightseeing. Experienced driver cum guide. Sightseeing as per itinerary including temple visits.

By Air: Nearest airport β Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (~52 km). By Train: Haridwar Railway Station, well-connected to major Indian cities. By Road: Well-connected by highways; private cabs or buses available from Delhi, Rishikesh, and Dehradun.
8. What should I carry for the trip?
Warm layers (jacket, fleece, thermals). Trek pants, trekking shoes, woolen socks. Gloves, sun cap, sunglasses, balaclava/wool scarf. Personal toiletries, medications, reusable water bottle. ID proof, passport-size photo, medical certificate.
9. Are children allowed on this tour?
Children below 8 years of age are free. Children above 8 are considered adults.
10. Is the tour safe for solo travelers or first-timers?
