Tour Payment Terms
Initial amount of 25% of the Invoice amount, the Client must pay the balance amount 3 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.
Tour Cancellations Policy
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client, as company had already paid your amount in advance in order to Guarantee your services.

1. Where does the Amarnath Yatra start and end?
The Yatra starts from Baltal (near Sonamarg) and ends at the Amarnath Cave Temple, returning back to Baltal. The overall tour begins and ends in Srinagar.
2. What is the duration of the Amarnath Yatra Package from Delhi?
The package duration is 5 Days / 4 Nights.
3. What is the best time to go for the Amarnath Yatra?
The best time is June to August, when the shrine is open and weather conditions are suitable for trekking.
4. What is the difficulty level of the Amarnath Yatra?
The trek is of moderate difficulty. Pilgrims should have basic physical fitness as the route involves a 14 km uphill trek.
5. How can I reach Srinagar from Delhi?
You can reach Srinagar by: โ๏ธ Flight: Direct flights from Delhi to Srinagar (1.5 hours) ๐ Train: Delhi โ Jammu Tawi, then road to Srinagar (approx. 8โ9 hours) ๐ Road: Buses or private cars via Jammu and Banihal route
6. Are helicopter services available for the Yatra?
Yes, helicopter services are available from Baltal and Pahalgam up to Panchtarni (close to the cave). Tickets can be booked separately.
7. What type of accommodation is provided?
Accommodation is arranged in standard, deluxe, or luxury hotels (as per package) in Sonamarg and Srinagar, with tents or lodges near Baltal if required.
8. What kind of meals are included in the package?
Breakfast and Dinner (North Indian cuisine) are included daily at all hotels.
9. What documents are required for the Yatra?
Government photo ID (Aadhaar, voter ID, passport, etc.) Medical fitness certificate (mandatory) Yatra registration slip issued by Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB)
10. Is there an age limit for the Amarnath Yatra?
Yes. Only people between 13 and 70 years of age are allowed. Pregnant women beyond 6 weeks are not permitted.
11. What should I carry for the Amarnath Yatra?
Warm clothes, trekking shoes, gloves, woolen socks, raincoat, reusable water bottle, torch, personal medicines, and ID proof.
12. Is mobile network available during the Yatra?
Limited network connectivity is available around Baltal and Sonamarg. Beyond that, signals are weak or unavailable.
13. What if the Yatra gets cancelled due to weather or government orders?
In case of weather disruptions or restrictions, alternate arrangements or rescheduling will be offered. Cash refunds are not applicable as per policy.
14. Is the Yatra safe for solo travelers and women?
Yes. The Yatra is closely monitored by security forces and well-organized by the government. It is safe for solo and female travelers following official guidelines.
15. Can children join the Yatra?
Children below 13 years are not allowed due to high altitude and physical strain.
