Contractual Validity
The legal binding contract is activated and recognized as valid only after the initial advance payment token registration is formally received by our banking gateway logs. Failure to make the specified full final layout payments within the clear time boundaries can result in automated booking cancellation and complete forfeiture of deposits.
Dynamic Pricing & Inflation
All tour and itinerary package pricing structures remain dynamic and can vary depending directly on the chronological booking slot timeline. Early registrations routinely receive lower rate cards. Tariff boundaries are subject to change due to direct fluctuations in fuel costs, state luxury taxes, or hotel overhead shifts.
In case of force majeure occurrences (heavy snowstorms, active landslides, flash floods, or unexpected strikes), any extra operational transit accommodation expenses will be covered entirely by the client.
Itinerary Adjustments
- For logistic alignment or safety convenience, itineraries can be reversed or slightly customized on-site.
- Sightseeing locations missed due to individual passenger delays or check-out latency are non-refundable.
- No dynamic price adjustments or partial cash refunds apply for sudden modifications in pre-fixed hotel locations or room window views.
Crucial Operational Notes
⛰️ High-Altitude Cooling
Hotels and homestays built on high altitudes standardly feature non-AC rooms. Air conditioning setups can be requested separately at premium localized utility fees.
🧴 Asset Variance Logs
Amenities like room kettles, tea makers, special toiletries, and mini-bar setups change completely based on specific property policies across rural belts.
Contract Parameters
Deposit Default
Failure to clear balance tabs results in automated forfeiture of advance deposits.
Group Threshold Limit
Group batches run only with a minimum of 6 adults. Below this, tours can be merged, rescheduled, or safely canceled.
Grievance Registry Timeline
Any formal service complaints must be shared in written text formats within 7 days of the tour completion date.
Liability Limits Cap
Total company operational liability cannot cross the net booking value paid for the itinerary.
Insurance Disclaimer
Personal travel and medical insurance is not built-in; explorers are advised to purchase it independently.
Corporate Reserved Rights
The Company reserves the right to modify amenities, change vehicle maps, or decline registrations without prior notices to safeguard operational parameters. Any alterations made to structural fields by travelers require explicit, written confirmation tokens from our director-level desk to hold legitimacy. In all disputes, the direct decision of The Mountain Trekker desk will stand final and absolute.
