Cancellation Policy

  • We assume that you have checked the challenge levels of the trek on your own or you can talk to our customer care team which will guide you on how to prepare for the trek.
  • Please seek medical consultation before joining the trek as we are not skilled medical practitioners, although our trek leaders & guides can administer firstaid.
  • It is solely your responsibility to highlight any prevailing medical condition that may hamper the trek.
  • In case, you wish to cancel the trek, please mail us at info@themountaintrekker.com
  • If you cancel 30 days before the trek, you get the full trek fee refund.
  • If you cancel 15 days before the start date of the trek, you get a refund after a deduction of the total trek fee.
  • I case you cancel 7 days before the trek, you get a refund of 50 percent of the total trek fee.
  • Trek fee is non refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the trek start date.
  • If a Trek is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as earth quake, land slide, bandh etc, TMT will issue a trek voucher of the full amount valid for next one year.
